Our standard turnaround time for most design services is 48–72 hours per iteration. This timeframe applies to each stage of the design process rather than the entire project. Revisions may take a minimum of 48 hours (2 business days).
For example:
* Orders or revision requests placed on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
* Orders or revision requests placed on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued if:

* Revisions have been requested.
* The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the project.
* No contact has been made with the company for over two weeks.

* The request falls outside the designated refund timeframe.
* The business has closed, changed names, or rebranded.

Clients who have accepted multiple revisions may qualify for a 50% refund upon review. Refunds on service bundles apply only to the dissatisfied service, not the entire package. Cancellations before project initiation may be subject to a 33% administrative fee. Upon refund issuance, all rights to the designs revert to us. Refund requests must be submitted via phone, live chat, or email.
